The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: 1 working day
  • Shipping time:
    3 - 5 working days for delivery ( Shipping form US )
    7 - 12 working days for delivery ( Shipping from other countries )
  • We provide free Shipping for order over $39.99, U.S. domestic shipping !（Due to geographic location, free shipping is available on orders over $79.99 in the US Minor Outlying Islands.）
  • Return Policy: Returns can be made within 15 days of receiving the product, instead of the purchase date, and shipping time can be up to 7-12 working days.

How to Submit Your Claim
To obtain a refund for a supplement product purchased directly on borje.com please email amzon515220@163.com and include your name, phone number, order confirmation number, and what we can do better next time.

Your refund request must be submitted within 15 days of the date of purchase. All refunds issued will be for the product purchase price.

Something you should Know
We can only accept return requests within 15 calendar days from the time you received your order. We send out an email when the order is delivered, so please refer to that for the date of when your order was delivered. Requests made after 15 calendar days from receipt of order will be rejected.

Some products are not eligible for returns. In those particular cases, we will not be able to accommodate a return.

In order for products to be authorized for a return, the products must be untouched, unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition as they were shipped. There are no exceptions to this.

Opened boxes/bags/wrappings will not be eligible for returns. The original packaging must be returned and must be clear of any damage whatsoever.
If it is a defect of the product itself, we promise to bear the return cost, if it is due to personal subjective issues, please bear the return shipping cost yourself.
